Shipping Policy
Please note that order processing times are different from shipping times, while we strive to process your order asap, this time is different from shipping times, excluding international products or downloadable products. Also note that there are many different suppliers, ordering from different suppliers will affect deliveries… While your orders will be processed at the same time, different suppliers have different schedules, meaning you will get items at different times, but still within the 14-day window, if it is a local supplier.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. International products are third-party products and you must view that site’s shipping criteria. Downloadable products are usually instant but could take time, check the third parties shipping criteria.
There could be high volume delays with regards to shipping, but generally, we ship to South Africa within 5 to 14 days, after your order has been processed. Should this be longer, please make sure to contact us via email, so we can contact our necessary suppliers. (This will only concern South African suppliers, any other third-party suppliers you must check with them).
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: Our shipping rates are generally R100 in South Africa, however, can change depending on supplier specs, which will be specified in the checkout, this can change without prior notification.
You can find free shipping options at the checkout. But this can change according to weight, or any other criteria not stated in checkout.

Please take note, that while there is free shipping over R800, it will change depending on the product, supplier, and weight.
Local/National delivery
Most products are shipped nationally and locally in South Africa, however, this can change. Please make sure to check the comments or any other section to see if it is a national or local-only delivery. Ex. some products only ship to the Western Cape, and to certain parts of the Western Cape. If it does not state Western Cape/or any other statement, then it is shipped Nationally.
Free local delivery is available for orders over R800 within [criteria]. For orders under R800, we charge R100 for local/national delivery, unless stipulated.
Deliveries are made from 8 am – 6 pm but not limited to, from Mon – Fri also not limited to. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
If a delivery area cannot be reached, we will contact you for the closest pick-up point.
In-store pickup
We currently do not offer an in-store pick-up, however, this could change. We will notify you here once that changes. We are constantly working to provide the easiest solutions, regarding pick-up.
International Shipping
We offer shipping only to South Africa for now. Should this change, you will be notified here. Contact us via email if you require International shipping and we will see what we can provide.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at webmaster@shoppeit.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not yet ship to P.O. Boxes, it is unreliable.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return, provided it is within our return policy guidelines.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at webmaster@shoppeit.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
